Returns & Refunds Policy

At Midnight Motors, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Custom-made, personalised, or special-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We may request photographs of the issue to help process your claim.
  • Faulty items may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Midnight Motors cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
